    one thing let me say which I do instead soak ing the bread which makes it bit soggy I straigt away put in choper which bindes very well because it comes dry n little corn starch

    this is the way I like my exoctic looking woerd color vegetables I too learnt that cabbages are light green so obviously the purples once are the spoilt ones.. Well I still cant get to eat the purple cabbage hubby dear loves anything thats called vegetable does not matter what color or shape. Love the colourful koftas

    Must say those koftas look delicious. I prefer bread to cornflour for binding .. gives a nice flavour after being deep fried. :-)

    Adding vegetables like cababge, broccoli and capscium to the koftas is a neat idea. A creative way to sneak in the veggies. Also loved the simple way of making the gravy.
