<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>Petho(pumpkin) 250 gms</li>
<li>Onion 1</li>
<li>Tomato 1</li>
<li>Green chillies 2-3</li>
<li>Ginger</li>
<li>Salt as per taste</li>
<li>Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn</li>
<li>Coriander powder 1 tspn</li>
<li>Red chilly powder optional</li>
<li>Garam masala powder 1/4 tspn</li>
<li>Oil 2 tspn</li>
</ul>
<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>Peel and chop pumpkin</li>
<li>Peel and finely chop onion</li>
<li>Take some oil in pressure cooker,saute the onions till light brown in colour</li>
<li>Then add chopped tomatoes,green chillies,ginger and mix well</li>
<li>Add diced pumpkin ,salt,dry masalas and mix well</li>
<li>Now add a little of water and close the lid of pressure cooker,wait for two whistles</li>
<li>Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with plain rice or roti</li>
</ul>
