  • One pack Maggie noodles
  • Potato 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1 small
  • Peas just as much you want
  • Green chilly Just a little
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tspn
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 1 tspn
  1. In a pan or kadai, take a spoon of oil, add chopped potato and saute it for few seconds
  2. Then add chopped onions and carrots and saute it for some more time
  3. Add chopped or grated tomato, salt, turmeric powder, little of green chilly and mix well
  4. When vegetables are almost cooked add some water (approximately 1 and half cup of water per pack of maggie)
  5. Then add maggie masala and allow the mixture to boil
  6. Add boiled peas and break the maggie into quarters and add them in the boiling mixture
  7. Let it cook till all the water is absorbed
  8. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately
