Ingredients:
Sooji (Rawa, Semolina) 250gms
Oil 100 gms
Sugar 200 gms
Water 750 ml
Green cardamon 4
Milk 2 cups
Method:
In a heavy bottom pan roast sooji in oil,along with cardamon till a nice aroma of semolina is felt
Add about 2 cups of milk and stir properly to avoid lumps
Dissolve sugar in water and make a thin syrup

Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp

Ingredients:
2 slice of bread
1 small cup gramflour
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder as per taste
A pinch of baking soda
Water
Oil for frying
Method:

Gobi(cauliflower) a whole medium sized flower
Potatoes 2
Tomatoes 2
Green chillies 2-3
Ginger about 1 inch of pod
Garlic 6-7 cloves
