Soojiiyah jho seero

Sooji halwa is one of the most popular Halwa, made from semolina. Generally made during festivals all over India
Ingredients
- Sooji (Rawa, Semolina) 250 gm
- Oil 100 gm
- Sugar 200 gm
- Water 750 ml
- Green cardamon 4
- Milk 2 cups
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom pan roast sooji in oil, along with cardamon till a nice aroma of semolina is felt
- Add about 2 cups of milk and stir properly to avoid lumps
- Dissolve sugar in water and make a thin syrup
- Add this syrup to sooji mixture and let it simmer
- Optionally one can add little of red orange colour
- Garnish with almonds and cashews

Sorry if i am wrong,but from ur description i feel u r looking for a recipe of GUDELI,and not karawo.Since karaow is wheatflour halwa,its not like a chapati.
Just clear my confusion so that i cud send u the recipe required

i need a recipe call Ka-raw-o which is a sindhi dish made up of wheat flour, sugar and ghee it is like a crisp sweet thich chapathi but not a chapathi.
